“Interpreters” group photo exhibition, MOCA BANGKOK

Opening: Saturday, August 20th, 2022 - MOCA BANGKOK would be honored by your presence at the exhibition's opening, “Interpreters” ,a photographic group exhibition featuring the work of 70 exceptional photo artists curated by Akkara Naktamna. “Interpreters” will be on view from August 21 through September 25, 2022 at MOCA BANGKOK. People are now caught in a massive tornado of opinions. They bounce erratically and are unstable from all angles. When time passes like dust after a heavy storm, some shallow thoughts fade away. Meanwhile, artists quietly observe and harvest when the situation blooms; they continue to think and interpret. When the right time comes, sharp works emerge, along with a slew of creative ideas that do not fade away like dust. Meaning or explanation is conveyed through interpretation. Let others understand what you're trying to communicate. There is no such thing as a correct or incorrect interpretation because everyone views the world through the prism of their own life experiences. Thailand's emerging and established photo artists come together in the exhibition "Interpreters" to celebrate the art of interpretation. That's what happened when these artists distilled strong feelings about things in their surroundings or in their minds and produced photo works that made an impact far away, like huge waves. Iron pin-like messages are being displayed to the public in order to educate them on events taking place in our society and to help them remember what was originally thought to be lost in time. The "Interpreter" photographic art exhibition features the work of 70 talented photo artists, with over 300 works on display. In this exhibition, visitors are taken on a journey into the creative mind of the artist. The artists' interpretations and perceptions of life and society are reflected in their work's appearance as well as its content. The presentation's format is a photographic art form. through the photographer's unique perspective and artistic ability. . 70 Photo Artists: Akkara Naktamna, Alizz Vichchou, Anawat Petchudomsinsuk, Asadawut Boonlitsak, Boontachai Chaiwiroonjareon, Cattleya Jaruthavee, Chairod Mahadumrongkul, Chardchakaj Waikawee, Dow Wasiksiri, Ekkarat Punyatara, Isra Buranasomphob, Kamonlak Sukchai, Kamthorn Paowattanasuk, Kanrapee Chokpaiboon , Kit Bencharongkul, Kiti Kittiphongsathaporn, Kittipan Jongnamchaisakul, Kraiwitch Tungsomboon, Krerkburin Kerngburi, Krittipong Thitithanakul, Kukkong Thirathomrongkiat ,Miti Ruangkritya, Naraphat Sakarthornsap, Nartnada Sukchanthor, Nat Prakobsantisuk, Natthawut Taeja, Natthaya Thaidecha & Daniel Huete, Norapat KamMart, Pahparn Sirima Chaipreechawit, Pariwat Anantachina, Patcha Kitchaicharoen, Patipat Janthong, Peerapat Wimolrungkarat, Phalat Chaipitakkoon, Phongsathon Boontoe, Pitchapoom Suwanpreecha, Pittaya Nontapaoraya, Piyatat Hemmatat, Pomme Pattira, Pumipat Usapratumban, Puttithorn Promduang, Puvadol Saengvichien, Rachot Visalarnkul, Rammy Narula, Rang Surasak Ittirit, RQ777, Sakkarin Suttisarn, Satit Kaowphong, Satita Taratis, Sirawit Kuwawattananont, Sitthakorn Sungkhaboon, Sittichai Maikupandin, Somsak Pattanapitoon, Sophirat Muangkum, Surachai Saengsuwan, Sutphuphai Wangpooklang, Suwan bundit, Tada Varich, Tavepong Pratoomwong, Thamarong Wanarithikul, Thepharak Chanomnoychai, Tim Punsiri Siriwechpan, Tom Potisit, Vanthanee Apiwattanasawee, Waroon Kieattisin, Wasan Puengpraset, Wasinburi Supanichvoraparch, and Yostorn Triyos. ---------------------------------- #eyesofinterpreters #interpretersphotoexhibition #mocabangkok ---------------------------------- Exhibition on view: August 20, - September 25, 2022, G Floor, Temporary Exhibition 1&2, MOCA BANGKOK For more information about "interpreters"
